An organic coffee aged from single origin Guatemala Antigua and Huehuetenango.

Roast: Medium

Single origin Guatemala aged for a minimum of 30-days in a formerly utilized Bourbon whiskey barrel to create an amazing flavor and roasted to a smooth medium roast.

Rich, full-body, cocoa, caramel flavor, a hint of oak, berry aroma and a little tea-like aftertaste. You will also impressed by its well balanced fruity acidity and sweetness.

The moment when opening the bag, there is a strong "dried cranberries" aroma, very charming.

Brew using your preferred method. We love using a ceramic French Press brewing for 4 minutes. This way can really bring out the rich and bold flavors. Pour-over is another perfect brewing option!
