This has been my go to seller of Origami products from Japan. Always good vibes when I get a package from here. The Origami plates go well with my Origami cups. The soft green color is very pleasant.

Ive tried all sorts of matcha (mostly in the nyc area). This is by far the best. Very rich and full bodied. Highly recommend for any of your matcha needs!

I love my pink Origami cup I snagged from Cafe la Maison while nobody else had it in stock. The care of packing and attention to detail of my little order didn't go unnoticed. I appreciate the thank you card sent by them, but even more so the extra blank one included to pay it forward. The world needs more of this. A+++ to the cup itself (I love how the "bulge" part fits into my palm, while my fingers wrap around the narrow part), A+++ to the vendor!

This cup is very nice for coffee, with a smooth easy flow to the mouth. It's well made and just the right size for me, since I usually don't drink a lot of coffee at one time. It's also microwavable. The only slight quibble for me is that the opening is too small to fit an Aeropress, so I do that into a larger mug, then pour it into the Origami cup, so not really a big problem. Definitely recommended for enthusiasts of high quality coffee.

Ceramic origami, Drippers are always great quality. Finding a reliable fast supplier in the US is not necessarily easy at a lower price. Café la Maison J. is such a great resource that people should seriously consider.

Was so happy to find these Origami stacking mugs at Café la Maison J to finish off my set, as many places are no longer able to offer them due to tariffs. Since I already had several I knew that the quality was good, the colors just as pictured, and the little dip in the handle design makes them very comfortable to hold. What did surprise me was how quickly they arrived, and that the staff included a lovely hand-written thank-you note. This detail says a lot about the company's attention to the client and my guess is that even more care goes into the coffee and tea they sell. Thank you for making this purchase such a pleasant experience!

I admit I was nervous when I ordered this- Café la Maison J. was one of the few retailers offering the Origmi sensory cup in the color that I wanted- most others were out of stock. In the end I decided I’d take the gamble; but I admit that I was aprehensive ordering cross-country from a small seller I’d no prior experiance with.

I am happy to report that the sensory cup arrived both swiftly and in pristine condition- it even had a nice thank-you note included. Zero complaints regarding the vendor- I will certainly keep them in mind in the future.

As for the cup itself- it is what I hoped for. It is well made, and both feels great in the hand and to drink out of. My only minor complaint is that the the cup gets a little hot up to the level it is filled to. That bieng said, this isn’t the sort of cup you want to fill all the way- that would basically defeat the entire point; I’d say the practical limit on capacity is around 200-250ml- plenty for me, but maybe a bit small for some.

These cups are so beautiful and special. And the customer service of cafe la maison is just amazing. They must be the sweetest cafe owners ever. Can’t recommend them enough!
