Shipping policy

 

For coffee and tea products:

     ❥Free shipping on coffee and tea orders in the US. 

     ❥Orders ship approximately in 1-2 business days. Once shipped and the tracking number is available, your order is marked as fulfilled; transit time is then 4-5 business days.

     Note: Coffee is roasted at the same day it ships!

 

For all products except coffee and tea orders:

       ❥Please allow 1-2 business days for process.

       ❥We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground Service in most cases.

       ❥We currently ship only within the United States.

       ❥Orders arrive approximately 2-5 business days after the 1-2  day processing time.

       ❥Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time.
