Shipping policy

 

For coffee and tea products:

     ❥Free shipping on coffee and tea orders in the US. 

     ❥All paid orders are shipped after 3-5 business days. Once the order has been shipped and the tracking number is available, it will be marked a fulfilled and transit times are 1-5 business days.

     Note: Coffee is roasted at the same day it shipped!

 

For all products except coffee and tea orders:

       ❥Allow 1-2 business days process.

       ❥We use USPS Priority and UPS Ground Service in most cases.

       ❥Currently we only send our products to the United States.

       ❥Pending availability, areas, and credit card verification, orders will arrive approximately 2-5 business days( after            processing days).

       ❥Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time.
