Grown in the highlands of Marcala in La Paz, this Honduran coffee reflects the dedication of over 1,500 smallholder members of Café Organics Marcala.

High elevations and mineral-rich clay soils contribute to its natural sweetness, while the fully washed process and careful sun drying bring clarity and balance to the cup.

Smooth notes of caramel and brown sugar lead, followed by gentle herbal undertones that add depth without heaviness.

Comforting yet refined, this coffee offers a clean, steady profile that is both approachable and quietly complex.
