Grown in the lush highlands of Ethiopia's Sidama Zone, this naturally processed Sidama coffee reflects the birthplace of coffee itself. Hand-sorted and sun-dried on raised beds by smallholder farmers, the slow maturation at high altitude enhances its vibrant clarity and layered sweetness.

Expect a tea-like elegance with bright blueberry and pomelo notes, gently warmed by caramelized sugars and soft spice--an expressive cup that feels both refined and comforting, perfect for pour-over or gentle immersion brewing.
