Grown in the lush highlands of Ethiopia's Sidama Zone, this naturally processed Sidama coffee reflects the birthplace of coffee itself. Hand-sorted and sun-dried on raised beds by smallholder farmers, the slow maturation at high altitude enhances its vibrant clarity and layered sweetness.
