Grown by smallholder farmers in volcanic loam soils and carefully fully washed, the cup reveals a vibrant yet smooth profile--bright dried orange and berry notes up front, followed by juicy mango and peach, and grounded by a lingering dark chocolate finish.

Solar drying preserves sweetness and cleanliness, resulting in a versatile, approachable coffee that shines in both filter and espresso preparation.
