I admit I was nervous when I ordered this- Café la Maison J. was one of the few retailers offering the Origmi sensory cup in the color that I wanted- most others were out of stock. In the end I decided I’d take the gamble; but I admit that I was aprehensive ordering cross-country from a small seller I’d no prior experiance with.
I am happy to report that the sensory cup arrived both swiftly and in pristine condition- it even had a nice thank-you note included. Zero complaints regarding the vendor- I will certainly keep them in mind in the future.
As for the cup itself- it is what I hoped for. It is well made, and both feels great in the hand and to drink out of. My only minor complaint is that the the cup gets a little hot up to the level it is filled to. That bieng said, this isn’t the sort of cup you want to fill all the way- that would basically defeat the entire point; I’d say the practical limit on capacity is around 200-250ml- plenty for me, but maybe a bit small for some.
These cups are so beautiful and special. And the customer service of cafe la maison is just amazing. They must be the sweetest cafe owners ever. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had the original wood collar cuff. This seems to set the origami nice and level. Really aesthetic with my pastel origami.

Really like the subtle pecan and caramel flavors. I use it to make my morning espresso or latte and really like it. It brings up the holiday vibes and tastes mild and smooth.
